Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function across manufacturing, drive improvements and ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance. You will manage a team and coordinate audits, customer and supplier relationships to sustain high product quality.

The role encompasses driving corrective actions, 8D problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives, with accountability for QA processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience maintaining and improving a certified Quality Management System.
• Experience planning and conducting internal audits and supporting customer and certification audits.
• Strong experience managing customer complaints, corrective actions, root‑cause analysis and 8D problem‑solving.
• Working knowledge of automotive Core Tools APQP, PPAP and FMEA; reviewing PPAP submissions.
• Experience managing supplier quality and coordinating a Quality team.

• Act as the main quality contact for customers, managing concerns and ensuring requirements are met.
• Analyse quality performance, identify risks and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, develop and coordinate the Quality team, ensuring the right skills, resources and technical support are in place.

Quality Manager

Ready to take the lead on quality, improve manufacturing standards and make a real difference to business performance? Yolk Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function, manage a team and drive improvements across quality systems, customer satisfaction and manufacturing processes.

This is a key role for someone with strong technical knowledge and a hands‑on approach to quality. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements, while working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve standards.

The role covers all areas of quality, including audits, customer complaints, supplier performance, corrective actions and automotive quality requirements. You will also play an important part in developing the Quality team and making sure quality standards are consistently met across the business.

• Working knowledge of automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP and FMEA, with experience reviewing PPAP submissions.
• Experience managing supplier quality and coordinating the activities of a Quality team.
