Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Quality Manager in Nuneaton to lead the quality management system, AS9100 implementation, and APQP rollout within an aerospace and defence manufacturing environment.

The role offers a £65,000 salary (negotiable), a 37.5 hour week, pension, holiday entitlement and clear opportunities for career progression. You will manage internal and customer audits, CAPA, NCRs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AS9100 and ISO9001 implementations.
• Proven ability to manage internal and supplier audits.
• Strong CAPA, 8D and root cause problem-solving skills.
• Track record of continuous improvement in aerospace/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System and its improvements.
• Lead AS9100 audits and drive accreditation projects.
• Roll out APQP processes and embed them across programs.
• Manage FAIRs, NCRs and concessions, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
• Lead CAPA and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee NADCAP readiness and maintain H&S framework compliance.
• Support customer quality initiatives and manufacturing quality assurance.
