Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager in Nuneaton for aerospace and defence manufacturing. You will own the Quality Management System, lead AS9100 implementation and audits, roll out APQP, and manage FAIRs, NCRs and concessions.

This role emphasizes CAPA, root cause analysis, customer quality, and continuous improvement, with the goal of NADCAP support and adherence to H&S frameworks. 37.5 hour week, pension, holiday, and a negotiable package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality systems in aerospace/defence manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards and audits.
• Proven CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities
