Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our client in Kent. The role is Mon-Fri, 39 hours per week, with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE and a benefits package including weekly pay, a Christmas bonus, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing to 25, a company pension and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
• Strong communicator and decision maker
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
• Manage and support the development of the QC team
• Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.
