Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd is partnering with a Kent-based manufacturing client to recruit an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department in Sittingbourne.

The role offers a salary of GBP40,000–GBP50,000 per annum with weekly pay, a Christmas bonus, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products.
• Strong communicator and decision maker.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong reporting skills.
• Internal auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements.
• Manage and support the development of the QC team.
• Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality.

Quality Control Manager, Kent

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.
