Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Quality Control Manager for our client in Kent. You will lead the QC function in a small team, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and HSEQ requirements, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

The role is Mon-Fri, 39 hours per week, with salary of £40,000–£45,000 DOE and benefits including bonus, holidays, pension and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
• Strong communicator and decision maker
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
• Manage and support the development of the QC team
• Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

£40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities.

• Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
• Manage and support the development of the QC team
• Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality

Knowledge, Skills & Experience.
