Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager for a mid Kent site. You will oversee, champion and lead Quality Management activities, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and supporting the move towards ISO 14001 in a cutting edge metals technology company serving Formula 1, Defence and Medical sectors.

A small team supports you, with a deputy and inspection; standard days, Monday to Friday. The role offers circa £50,000, with training, progression and benefits, and requires a leader capable of

• Experience implementing and managing a QMS in a metals manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 experience with successful quality management across sites.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a small QA team.

Quality Manager Mid Kent Circa £50,000 Training Progression Benefits Are you a Quality Manager seeking a fresh challenge? Do you have ISO 9001 QMS experience and want to support a pioneering company to add ISO 14001 too? Does being the Quality Manager for a cutting edge Special Metals Technology company who support F1 and Defence sound interesting? The company are a specialist manufacturer of metals technology that is breaking new ground and they are seeing rapid growth as a result. This is an exciting, pioneering company who heavily invest in R&D, continuous improvements and new technologies. They design, develop and manufacture specialist products on behalf of various sectors including Formula 1, Aerospace, Defence and Medical. The role involves being accountable for overseeing, championing and leading Quality Management activities on site. The company currently operates only to ISO 9001 but want to add ISO 14001 also. You will have a small team to support you including a deputy and inspection too.
