Job summary

TipTopJob in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role also involves addressing production issues and contributing to strategic programmes.

The successful candidate will ensure ISO9001 compliant processes, drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma/Lean tools, and maintain the QMS and quality structure within an international manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• HNC or degree in a technical subject or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of quality systems with particular focus on ISO9001.
• Strong communicator with internal teams and demanding customers.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and structured problem solving tools: 8D, MSA, 5Why.
• Lean Six Sigma tools knowledge; Green Belt desirable.

Responsibilities
