Job summary

ReeVR in the London area is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Department and drive a strong quality culture across manufacturing operations.

You will manage QMS, regulatory readiness, inspections and CAPAs, and coach the QA team while partnering with other functions to embed quality in processes.

This hands-on role requires line management experience and a track record in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulations.
• Line management experience.
• Experience hosting and managing inspections/audits.
• Experience in highly regulated industry.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability and deliver to deadlines.
• Hands-on coaching to build a proactive quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Quality Management Systems.
• Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory inspections and partner audits.
• Manage internal inspections, audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee QA, Auditors and Validation teams.
• Lead quality forums.
• Monitor quality KPIs and metrics.
• Implement regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
• Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
• Develop and coach the QA team, setting priorities and ensuring training and performance objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with departments across the business to improve processes and embed a strong quality mindset.
