Job summary

Hunter Selection in Kent is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department, implement procedures, and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards within a small, collaborative team.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' quality experience in manufacturing or lab settings, with strong ISO 9001 knowledge and excellent communication and reporting skills to support quality assurance decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing and QC methodologies including ISO 9001.
• Strong communicator and decision maker.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Quality Control Manager, Kent

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
