Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a growing engineering business in Milton Keynes to recruit a Quality Inspector with CMM experience. You will inspect precision components, interpret drawings and GD&T, and drive continuous improvement within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.

You will program and operate CMM equipment (Aberlink/PC-DMIS), perform incoming/in-process/final inspections, and produce detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection of manufactured components.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Program and operate CMM equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials and identify non-conforming products.
• Produce detailed inspection reports and quality documentation.
