Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Quality Improvement Facilitator (Band 7). The role focuses on improving patient care, empowering teams, and driving meaningful change across our Trust for 1.2 million people.

You will grow your improvement expertise, coach teams across hospital sites, and contribute to the Trust Quality Strategy while collaborating with clinical and operational colleagues.

Qualificações

• Degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional Registration (NMC or HPCP).
• Quality Improvement Qualification or equivalent experience.
• Mentorship/Teaching Qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support quality improvement projects within assigned services using recognised QI tools.
• Coach, train and motivate staff to build improvement capability across the Trust.
• Analyse and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and demonstrate progress.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative sessions with clinical and operational teams.
• Engage patients, carers and staff to reflect lived experience; produce aims, action plans and reports that support sustainable change.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to redesign processes and enhance patient safety, outcomes and experience.
• Promote a positive improvement culture aligned with Trust values and behaviours.
