Job summary

HFH Healthcare is seeking a Quality and Governance Manager to lead governance across adult, child and young people services in their own homes. This on-site role reports to the Director of Nursing in Wimbledon, London.

You will oversee incidents, complaints, audits, risk registers and regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement with clinical teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare quality assurance, clinical governance or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and relevant healthcare legislation.
• Experience managing incidents, complaints and investigations.
• Knowledge of clinical audits, risk management and quality improvement.
• Confidence analysing data, preparing reports and presenting recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge constructively, influence others and drive meaningful improvements.
• Collaborative, compassionate and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience within complex care, community healthcare or domiciliary care would be particularly valuable.

• Preparing governance reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Supporting CQC inspection readiness and commissioner reviews.
• Promoting a positive culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Supporting and developing governance colleagues and working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams.
