We're looking for an experienced Quality and Risk Manager to join our Governance team based at The Harborne Hospital.
As the Quality and Risk Manager, you will lead on the implementation and delivery of a range of governance activities with a particular focus on risk, incidents and complaint investigations, whilst supporting The Harborne Hospital to meet the regulatory requirements of external standards and inspections. The ideal candidate will be a specialist resource, using knowledge and experience of governance, with a particular focus on incident, complaint and risk management. This will include managing and coordinating investigations and learning responses of all incidents, which involves liaising with Heads of Department and the Senior Leadership Team.
Excellent communication and a proven ability to implement change, or new systems, are essential for the role. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in clinical governance.
