Zusammenfassung

HCA UK is seeking a Quality and Risk Manager to join the Governance team at The Harley Street Campus in London. The role covers across The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital, delivering clinical governance with a strong emphasis on risk, incidents and investigations.

You will lead investigations, coordinate responses, ensure Duty of Candour compliance, and implement learning systems across the organisation while engaging senior leaders and heads of departments.

We’re looking for an experienced Quality and Risk Manager to join our Governance team working across services at The Harley Street Campus comprising of The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital.

As the Quality and Risk Manager, you will lead on the implementation and delivery of a range of clinical governance activities with a particular focus on risk, incidents and investigations, whilst supporting The Harley Street Campus to meet the regulatory requirements of external standards and inspections.

The ideal candidate will be a specialist resource, using knowledge and experience of clinical governance, with a particular focus on risk, complaints and incident management. This will include managing and coordinating investigations and responses of all incidents, which involves liaising with Heads of Department and the Senior Leadership Team. They will also ensure compliance to the Duty of Candour requirements and be responsible for developing systems and implementing processes to ensure organisational wide learning

Excellent communication and a proven ability to implement change, or new systems, are essential for the role. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in clinical governance.

  • Education to diploma or degree level
  • Current and relevant experience of working in healthcare governance
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Investigation, governance, audit, risk and complaint management experience
