Product Care Group, a private home appliance solutions provider based in Hindley Green, Wigan, seeks a Technical Manager to lead quality-focused initiatives and ensure safe, fit-for-purpose products reaching customers. The role sits within the Technical team and requires strong electromechanical knowledge and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
- 3 years post qualification experience in manufacturing, product testing or laboratory background of household appliances.
- HNC, BTECH or Degree in Electronics, Electric Engineering or Electric Qualification.
- Must have an electrical engineering background (electrician, white goods engineers, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Implement the product development launch pipeline, following required Technical processes for right-first-time and on-time delivery.
- Advise on product quality improvements and cost-saving ideas and drive implementations with OEM manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and meet customer quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance in the market by reviewing returns and customer feedback; report and suggest improvements.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor and report supplier performance against defined criteria to aid supplier selection and ongoing performance.
