Gradus Limited, a leading manufacturer of flooring accessories, is seeking a Quality & Environmental Manager at our Macclesfield site. You will manage QMS/EMS, drive sustainability initiatives and support continuous improvement across four Cheshire sites.
The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, plus practical experience in a manufacturing environment. A full UK driving licence is desirable and the position is permanent, full-time (38.5 hours).

QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

This key role will ensure our Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS) are managed, monitored, developed and maintained to the highest standards across the business. You will play a central part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting our sustainability objectives and helping achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position will also coordinate future strategic initiatives relating to sustainability and carbon reduction.
We are looking for candidates with established experience in Quality and Environmental Management, ideally supported by relevant qualifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:
