Overview

Are you a quality professional (with some environmental thrown in) who is looking to take the “next” step in their career? Maybe hit a glass ceiling? Bored in your role? No chance of progression?

On that basis, we are looking someone to come into our SHEQ department to bring your experiences and go to “the next level”. Whatever you need, like qualifications or more training, we can offer as we look to grow our team and department.

The role:

After a huge 2-3 years, we are growing our main facility and company even further. We have our main manufacturing site on the Wirral and teams of field-based engineers who install, maintain & commission our equipment, so the quality side is pretty important.

That's where you come in…

So this will be working with our teams to improve the quality & environmental practices & systems to make sure we are ready for audits and our systems work splendidly. The role will evolve with yourself too, so plenty to aim at.

The person:

We're open here, but ideally someone with some experience, a decent academic background but who wants to use this as a springboard in to “bigger & better” things.

Sector wise, we have affiliations across multiple sectors so we can be open there as well as there will be a fair bit for you to learn, we don't want someone who is “readymade” as it will be tricky to find that.

And a good quality and environmental knowledge, obviously…
