The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, understanding of FMEA and 8D methods, and experience with ISO 9001 standards. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is desirable.

Formación

• Experience with 8D / FAIR methodology and associated quality tools.
• Understanding of FMEAs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and carry out measurements.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer and supplier complaints.
• Lead 8D problem-solving activities and structured root cause analysis.
• Act as the main quality contact for customer and supplier claims.
• Coordinate CAPAs.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, Production and Sales teams.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively across the business.
• Support customer meetings, supplier discussions and quality reviews.
• Monitor quality KPIs and report performance to management.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier complaint records.
• Drive continuous improvement and help prevent repeat quality issues.
