This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring complex machined products meet established quality standards and processes. Responsibilities may span the entire supply chain, from incoming parts to final delivery.

What You Will Do

• Assist with internal and supplier evaluations, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks and providing necessary clarification.
• Oversee the approval process for new product launches, including reviewing sample reports and capability assessments.
• Manage 8D problem-solving initiatives, working with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns.
• Monitor production metrics and generate reports to identify improvements.
• Handle non-conforming materials from identification to resolution, ensuring effective corrective measures.
• Engage in the APQP framework, focusing on process quality.

What You Will Bring

• A Mechanical Engineering degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the automotive sector with APQP and Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience with complex machined parts.
• Skills in SPC and MSA.
• Ability to conduct and lead audits for product and process evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of geometric tolerancing and 2D drawings.
