We're revolutionising the sustainable materials industry in our state-of-the-art £70m manufacturing facility powered by 100% renewable energy. Since 2007, we've saved over 10,000 tonnes of leather waste from landfill, creating high-performance materials that rival the originals without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits across our ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems
• Drive our Non-Conformance Process, including customer complaints and supplier quality
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
• Maintain documentation integrity for ISO management systems
• Provide quality assurance to our Senior Management Team during rapid growth

What You'll Need

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems
• Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001 essential)
• Experience with quality tools like 8D, FMEA, and SPC
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
