Quality Assurance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity for a bright and professional Quality Assurance Engineer to join a leading US law firm on a fully remote working basis.

Working under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development of test approaches, estimates, and plans for complex integrated systems, ensuring successful execution aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input on functional requirements and advise on design and configuration of client software applications
• Design, develop, document, and maintain test artifacts for various testing types
• Create test plans, analyze results, identify defects, and generate reports with action plans
• Perform defect triage and assess impact and resolution
• Publish and communicate test metrics for effective decision-making
• Recommend quality improvements and influence implementation decisions
• Coordinate with on-site, off-site, and offshore team members

Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years QA automation experience supporting large, critical business applications
• 5+ years QA experience with Test and Issues Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Strong knowledge of Business and Web Application Architecture
• Collaborative professional with stakeholder engagement skills
