Qualifications

  • Experience in a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar technical quality role within manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit requirements.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of SPC, inspection methods and manufacturing process controls.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and quality data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics business in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving quality performance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer complaints, process failures and internal non-conformances
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Analyse quality data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
