Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials in Rugby is seeking two experienced CNC Setter/Operators to join our Technical Ceramics team in Rugby, delivering precision-engineered components in a high-skill manufacturing environment. You will set up and run CNC machinery, read drawings, and program Fanuc controls, ensuring quality and on-time output while maintaining documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Manufacturing or engineering qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Programme and adjust CNC machines to optimise quality and efficiency.
• Carry out inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support routine machine maintenance and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with production colleagues to maximise output and minimise downtime.
