Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct random checks on plated meals to ensure portion control, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and documenting defects to ensure corrections are made.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
• Ensure accurate labeling, allergen information, and hygiene practices across production teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food quality control or food production roles.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality inconsistencies.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach with production teams.
