Job summary

Hesley Group is seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Officer to drive quality, regulatory compliance, and better outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Working under the Head of Safeguarding, Quality and Governance, you will conduct audits, identify risks, and develop evidence-based actions across sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and Regulatory Standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of adult protection and responsibilities.
• Understanding of best practice in social care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Ability to analyse compliance levels and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proportionate, fair compliance audits across sites and report findings.
• Identify trends, risks and areas for service development from multiple information sources.
• Present evidence-based audit findings to key stakeholders with clear actions.
• Support development and maintenance of policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Attend meetings and review complaints and serious incidents using best practice methods.
