New Appointments Group is recruiting a Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager for Kent & Medway. The role supports the CEO, senior leaders and operational managers to strengthen governance, support CQC and contractual compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the charity.

You will help translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions, with development opportunities to broaden responsibility over time.

Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager | Kent & Medway

Are you working in health and social care and looking for the opportunity to develop your career in quality, compliance and governance?

We're supporting a charity in Kent and Medway to recruit a Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager.

Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team and operational managers, you'll help strengthen governance, support CQC and contractual compliance, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who understands regulated care services, is confident working with information and senior stakeholders, and enjoys turning requirements into practical solutions.

You don't need to be an expert in every area. This is a developmental opportunity for someone organised, proactive and keen to broaden their experience and take on greater responsibility over time.

Experience in learning disability and autism services would be particularly relevant.
