Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a leading food manufacturer in West Bromwich (West Midlands). The role focuses on maintaining the Quality Management System, HACCP and TACCP, and supporting audits and supplier compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a Quality/Technical role in food manufacturing, strong knowledge of UK/EU legislation, and holds an Internal/Lead Auditor qualification plus Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a QA/Quality/Technical management role in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU food legislation, labeling, allergen management, and traceability.
• Proven track record improving BRCGS audit outcomes.
• Internal / Lead Auditor qualification.
• Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety are required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the site QMS to high standard including HACCP and TACCP.
• Lead preparation for BRCGS and major customer audits.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Manage external audits, third-party QA relations.
• Support training and engagement to strengthen food safety culture.
