Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager in the fresh food manufacturing sector to lead quality, compliance and food safety across a high-care environment. You will drive technical strategy and manage customer relationships.

The role focuses on BRC audits, HACCP and continuous improvement, with responsibility for KPI reporting and maintaining a robust auditing programme. Experience in food manufacturing and audits is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in technical, QA role, quality assurance manager within food manufacturing industry
• Good experience within the Food Manufacturing industry and fresh foods
• 5-10 years experience in both announced and unannounced audits
• Building relationships with stakeholders and auditors
