Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation, including inspection records, certificates, and compliance reports.
  • Compile End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMR) for COTS and Non-Standard products.
  • Support quality assurance activities to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage document control processes, including version control, distribution, and traceability.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Support management of NCRs and corrective action records.
  • Assist with audit preparation and organisation of documentation.
  • Track project actions, deliverables, and compliance milestones.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and document control processes.

Job description

Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager, the Quality & Compliance Coordinator provides support across the quality, compliance, and project functions.

The role is responsible for maintaining documentation and supporting quality processes across multiple projects, ensuring records are accurate, controlled, and aligned with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.

The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met, contributing to the effective delivery of project and quality objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation, including inspection records, certificates, and compliance reports
  • Compile End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMR) for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Non-Standard products
  • Support quality assurance activities, ensuring documentation meets contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Manage document control processes, including version control, document distribution, and traceability
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action records
  • Assist with audit preparation, including collation and organisation of documentation
  • Track project actions, deliverables, and compliance milestones
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and document control processes
CORE COMPETENCIES SQEP LEVEL 2:
  • Demonstrable experience in a quality, compliance, project support, or document control role
  • Working knowledge of document control processes and quality systems
  • Experience maintaining accurate records within a structured or regulated environment
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
