Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g. ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)

Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
X
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels

Competence in conducting audits, analysing data, and implementing improvement plans
X
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure

Professional certification in quality management
X
Experience in ICT infrastructure, construction, or data centre environments

Familiarity with digital quality tools and reporting platforms

Exposure to client-facing quality assurance roles or external audit preparation
