Job summary

Harvey Beric Associates is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Inspection team to ensure products meet customer requirements while supporting quality systems and continuous improvement.

This position blends quality assurance with customer service responsibilities and offers exposure to both factory processes and client-facing activities.

• Monitor product quality with the Inspection team and identify improvements.
• Prepare customer samples and documentation.
• Set up BOMs and production routings for new orders.
• Investigate customer queries and produce clear reports.
• Manage supplier quality issues and corrective actions.
• Support audits, calibration, compliance and supplier approvals.
• Help ensure customers receive consistently high-quality products and excellent service.

NEBOSH would be advantageous but is not essential.
