PT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to strengthen its Technical and Compliance function. This role will involve maintaining quality systems, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance across operations.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance processes.
• Experience in packaging, print, food, or regulated manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain quality and compliance systems across the site.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor and improve quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Produce reports and quality data for management meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
• Help maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conocimientos

Experience working with quality standards such as BRC, ISO, HACCP

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to support its Technical and Compliance function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance systems across the business, supporting day-to-day technical operations, and helping ensure industry standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain quality and compliance systems across the site
• Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and accreditation processes
• Monitor and help improve quality performance, manufacturing standards, and customer satisfaction
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions
• Produce reports and quality data for management meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Help maintain strong health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of quality and compliance processes. Experience within packaging, print, food, or a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
