Confidential is an established manufacturing business seeking a Quality & Test Certification Administrator to join the Test Certificate / Quality Department. The role focuses on administrative tasks related to test certification, stock control, documentation, and quality systems, requiring excellent attention to detail.

You will record goods, produce certificates, assist with inspections, maintain calibration records, and support the department in keeping records in line with procedures.

Mansioni

• Booking goods into the stock control system.
• Recording goods on the test certification system.
• Allocating and confirming picked goods within the stock system.
• Producing outgoing test certificates.
• Supporting stock balancing activities and stock checks forms.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation.
• Preparing documentation for third‑party inspections.
• Maintaining equipment calibration records.
• Logging and assisting with customer complaints.
