Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Quality Conformance Engineer (Technical Document Controller) in Sheffield to manage documentation, certification data, and compliance for regulated manufacturing activities. You will release certify products before despatch and ensure accuracy for customer submissions.

• Experience in quality/document control within regulated engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical drawings.
• Strong audit and compliance mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documentation and certification data for third-party and customer submissions.
• Ensure supplier products and services conform with contract and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract review to determine document and certification standards.
• Continuously monitor manufacturing processes through audits and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Implement and maintain a document control system using MES software.
