Glanbia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional based in Middlesbrough to maintain product safety, quality records, and GMP across a busy food manufacturing site. The role emphasizes adherence to health, safety and quality standards, with a strong emphasis on closing gaps and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will ensure CCP controls daily, verify allergen controls, manage documentation, and support audits.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Level 3 Food Hygiene and HACCP qualification or demonstrable experience.
• Experience with quality documentation, SOPs and GMP in a food manufacturing setting.
• Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Ensure CCPs are controlled daily with documented checks.
• Maintain compliance with BRCGS, customer and regulatory standards.
• Lead quality initiative delivery and corrective actions with RCA where needed.
• Oversee safety, hygiene audits and routine GMP across the site.
• Support audits and provide robust documentation and traceability.
