Job summary

Hireful Ltd in Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced QA Manager in food manufacturing to lead the QA team and drive food safety, quality improvements and a strong quality culture.

Reporting to Site Head of Technical, you will coordinate audits, maintain Grade AA BRCGS readiness, manage non-conformances and customer complaints, and work with production and development teams to embed GMP.

Qualifications

• Proven technical experience in food manufacturing, preferably chilled.
• Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene and Level 3 HACCP required.
• Experience leading a QA team and exposure to UK retailers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate audits and maintain audit readiness for Grade AA BRCGS.
• Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Drive GMP improvements and embed a strong quality culture.
