What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and reporting on training material that fails to meet the standards
• Pre and post training audit support
• Updating the Quality Analysis Dashboard using data provided
• Populating control check findings, ensuring correction and completion
• Collaborating with Quality Assurance team and stakeholders to produce an assured product
• Conducting post-course discussions with students to highlight areas for improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Auditing roles is advantageous
• ISO 9001/14001 or DSAT auditor qualification is highly desirable (training provided if needed)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the military is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio (or similar) for data manipulation and presentation
• Ability to obtain SC clearance

Project Selborne is a 12-year transformation of Royal Navy Training, awarded in December 2020 to Capita-led consortium, including Raytheon UK, Elbit Systems UK, Fujitsu, and the University of Lincoln, among others. It aims to modernize training for the Royal Navy using digital transformation, new course design, and advanced technology.
