Job summary

Dreams is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in High Wycombe to shape and drive our quality strategy across the technology estate. You will lead a QA team, champion automation and collaborate with a strategic testing partner to ensure high standards and timely delivery.

You’ll define testing strategies, own testing across projects, and monitor metrics while mentoring teams and promoting a quality-first culture within Technology.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA/Testing leadership experience with proven outcomes.
• Experience defining testing strategies and quality frameworks.
• Strong Agile delivery and SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with third-party testing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Dreams' testing strategy, standards and quality framework.
• Lead, coach and develop the QA team.
• Own testing across projects, enhancements and changes.
• Drive test automation and modern quality engineering.
• Oversee testing for Dynamics 365, ecommerce, and digital platforms.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends and release readiness.
• Manage relationships with testing partners and suppliers.
