Job summary

LinsCare is hiring an experienced Social Work Manager to join the Practice Assurance Team within Adult Social Care in Bromley, Kent. You will lead quality assurance and audit activity, undertake case file audits and practice reviews.

You will identify themes and good practice, provide recommendations to improve frontline social work, and work with senior managers and multidisciplinary partners. UK passport or right to work required.

Quality Assurance Project Manager – Adult Social Care

Location: Bromley, Kent

Rate: £38.06 per hour Umbrella

Contract: 3 months – Locum

We are seeking an experienced Social Work Manager / Quality Assurance Project Manager to join the Practice Assurance Team within Adult Social Care.

You will lead quality assurance and audit activity, undertake case file audits, practice reviews and observations, identify themes and good practice, and provide recommendations to improve frontline social work practice and outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Experienced Social Work Manager with strong Adult Social Care experience.
• Experience in quality assurance, practice improvement, auditing or service development.
• Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care practice and safeguarding.
• Ability to analyse audit findings and produce high-quality reports.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with senior managers and multidisciplinary partners.
• Ability to identify learning and translate findings into measurable practice improvements.

£38.06 per hour Umbrella | Bromley, Kent | 3-month Locum
