Zusammenfassung

Gold Care Homes is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA across registered services, preparatory work for external inspections and development of improvement plans. The role reports to the Regulation and Care Governance Senior Manager and involves coordinating with regional managers and adult protection groups.

The post requires strong leadership, analytical capability and experience in health and social care quality assurance. A driving licence and flexibility in hours are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Should have or be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care or a Management qualification.
• Registered General Nurse Qualified (Desirable)

Aufgaben

• Lead preparation of procedural and professional guidelines, self-assessment and QA materials.
• Prepare for external inspections by CQC, Health Watch and Social Services and follow up actions.
• Improve systematic approaches to quality assurance across services.
• Prepare briefing reports for senior management and multi-agency groups.
• Produce reports, policy documents and improvement plans to support best practice.
• Ensure staff are registered and hold required qualifications for registration.
