Primary Purpose

This role ensures the Quality Management System (QMS) is in place, embedded in business processes, and focused on meeting consumer/customer requirements and satisfaction. It involves presenting the benefits of the QMS and ensuring its continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Packaging and Manufacturing Quality Manager with Strategic Quality Planning, contributing to high quality and food safety maturity within the Andover Site.
• Monitor FSMS and QMS Objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvements.
• Oversee and manage FSMS/QMS, including Non-conformance systems, Document Management, Internal Audits, and Food Safety Plans (HACCP).
• Handle Change Management, Consumer and Customer Complaints, and maintain standards (Organic, ISO9001, FSSC, KOSHER).
• Collaborate with other departments to implement FSMS/QMS activities and support new product and improvement projects.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• 5+ years in FMCG, preferably manufacturing.
• Food safety qualification or recognized equivalent.
• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and audits.
• Experience designing and delivering training.
• Leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
