You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart, stroke, and Long Covid conditions, helping them live life to the full again. Our Community Healthcare Support Service forms a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers, and one-to-one support teams assisting families to adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.
Role: Quality Assurance Lead
To support the delivery of our ambitious NLHL strategy, CHSS is seeking to appoint a Quality Assurance Lead. This role involves leading quality assurance processes within CHSS Community Healthcare Support services, ensuring governance is embedded throughout Service Delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence and transparency.
The postholder will create an environment that promotes excellence in care and will drive transformative change. Candidates should have experience designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks, including clinical governance, with a recognized professional qualification/registration in health and/or social care. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, IT proficiency, and initiative are essential.
