The day-to-day:

• Define, develop, and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Lead, mentor, and guide software engineers to ensure effective performance and growth.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and operations to align on quality objectives.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for various products and features.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.
• Identify and implement test automation opportunities to streamline processes.
• Report on QA metrics and provide insights to improve product quality.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies for better efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

About You

• Experience in a QA leadership role within a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
