Forbes Solicitors LLP are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator & Internal Auditor to join the People & Quality team at the Gordon House office. This full‑time role (36.25 hours/week) offers future hybrid working and a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within a busy law firm.

You will coordinate QA activities, carry out internal IMS audits, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement across the firm.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent attention to detail with ability to review and analyse documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative working within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external parties.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate quality assurance activities and manage internal audits.
• Maintain and administer the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and records.
• Provide admin support for Quality Management Review (QMR) meetings and ensure agreed actions are tracked.
• Support risk management and supervisor review processes with accurate record-keeping.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Work with legal and practice support teams to support quality objectives and compliance.
