Job summary

Harley House Supported Living is seeking a Quality & Governance Coordinator to support quality assurance, governance systems and audit programmes. The role involves coordinating audits, analysing quality data, and contributing to governance reporting, with travel to Ipswich and Norwich as required.

A flexible 30-hour week with one remote day per week is offered. The postholder will work closely with Operations Manager and external Quality Lead to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care, quality assurance, compliance, administration or a related field.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and improvements.
• Professional communication with managers and colleagues at all levels.
• Full UK driving license with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the organisation-wide audit programme and audits.
• Analyse audit and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly quality governance reporting for senior management.
• Maintain complaints and whistleblowing processes and track deadlines.
• Support CQC inspection readiness and regulatory compliance tracking.
