Job summary

Forbes Solicitors LLP is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Internal Auditor to join the People & Quality team at Gordon House. The role is full time (36.25 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with future hybrid working.

You will coordinate quality assurance activities, conduct internal process audits, maintain IMS documentation, and promote ISO standards across the firm. The role offers a sustainable work-life balance within a busy law firm environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at grade 9-4 or equivalent.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Excellent IT skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality assurance activities and internal audits.
• Maintain IMS documentation and records.
• Provide admin support for QMR meetings; minutes and actions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote ISO standards.
• Support and promote continuous improvement and use of AI/automation where appropriate.
