About the Role

Red Bull Powertrains, located at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes, is a Formula One power unit manufacturing company established in 2021. We are expanding our team of experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds to develop a championship-winning Power Unit compliant with 2026 regulations.

We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors for various shifts, including 4x4, early/late, or standard days/nights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out Dimensional Inspection of Powertrain components during supply and in-service use.
2. Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and provide accurate information for decision-making.
3. Ensure data accuracy and proper entry into business systems.
4. Write non-conformance reports for dimensional or visual defects.
5. Perform daily calibration of inspection equipment.
6. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to review and improve inspection processes and support SOP development.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within Automotive, Aerospace, or precision engineering. Experience with complex components such as heads, blocks, crankshafts, and gears is advantageous.

Extensive knowledge of GD&T and proficiency with CMMs are required. Familiarity with Talyrond, Talysurf, and Quindos is a plus.
