Quality Assurance Inspector, High Wycombe

Red Bull Racing Formula One Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our supply chain team at Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. This role requires an EU work permit.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the quality of parts and assemblies produced for RBAT, ensuring compliance with design and technical specifications using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Follow and uphold quality procedures throughout all inspection phases.
• Accurately record data into business systems, including Parts Management and Quality Reporting systems.
• Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and provide accurate information for decision-making.
• Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities with sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical & Engineering teams to improve part performance, reliability, and structural integrity.
• Conduct weekly calibration and log entries of quality equipment such as probes and laser scanners.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Polyworks, including programming and editing.
• Extensive experience with inspection processes using CMM, Romer Arm, and hand tools; knowledge of other measurement tools is a plus.
• Understand metrology principles and measurement techniques, including GD&T.
• Experience working with CAD models, including interrogation, layer setting, and reference sets.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality environment working under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA deployment and use.
