Job Description:

Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a hub of innovation, working on projects across land, sea, and air, including Formula One, Hypercars, and collaborations in Moto GP and America's Cup. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verify the quality of parts and assemblies using GD&T methods, ensuring compliance with design and technical specifications.
2. Adhere to and promote understanding of quality procedures at all inspection stages.
3. Accurately enter data into business systems, including Parts Management and Quality reporting systems.
4. Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and provide accurate data for decision-making.
5. Support Root Cause & Corrective Action activities with sustainable solutions.
6. Collaborate with Technical & Engineering teams to improve part performance, reliability, and integrity.
7. Perform weekly calibration and log entries of quality equipment, including probes and laser scanners.
8. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Polyworks software, including programming and editing.
9. Extensive experience with inspection processes using CMM, Romer Arm, and hand tools; knowledge of other measurement tools is a plus.
10. Apply robust inspection techniques based on thorough understanding of metrology principles and GD&T.
11. Interrogate CAD models, set layers, and utilize reference sets.
12. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality environment working under tight deadlines.
13. Experience with SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA deployment and use.
